NGPMNEXT operates this website. This policy explains what information is collected when you use it, why it is collected, and how it is handled.
Information we collect: the name and email address attached to your account, messages you send through the contact form, order records (product, amount, currency and status), and download records showing which file was issued and when. Payment card details are never collected or stored by NGPMNEXT; payments are handled by the payment provider.
Why we hold it: to operate your account, deliver purchases, answer enquiries, maintain transaction records, and prevent misuse of the service.
Where it is stored: with our hosting, database and file storage providers. Access is limited to authorised administrators.
Retention: order and download records are retained while your account is active and afterwards where accounting, tax or dispute handling requires it.
Your choices: you can request a copy or correction of your information through the contact form. Deletion requests are handled individually, because some records must be retained for legal reasons.
Cookies and storage: only the storage needed to keep you signed in is used. No advertising or third-party tracking scripts are loaded on this site.
